Most Haunted Live! is a spin-off of the paranormal reality television series Most Haunted, produced by Antix Productions. The show consists of paranormal investigations broadcast live over one or more nights, often with interactive viewer sections. It first aired on 31 October 2002 from Dudley Castle on Living, and after a five-year hiatus returned on UKTV's Really on 31 October 2015, and later on the official YouTube channel on 31 October 2019.

The first episode of Most Haunted Live! was broadcast on Living on 31 October 2002 from Dudley Castle, produced jointly by Antix and Hanrahan Media. The format differed from Most Haunted, with different music cues and production style. The next seven live events were produced by Hanrahan, but from the 2004 Summer Solstice event onward, Antix took over and aligned the production style with the recorded series. The show initially aired for one night, later expanding to three, five, seven, and even eight nights for special events like Halloween 2008 and Lancashire Halloween 2009. Studio inserts were presented by Dr David Bull.
